Infra Structure Investment Project

3 Star Hotel Construction
This on going project is located along Kitwe – Chingola road at Plot No. 12773 adjacent to our existing Copperhill Phase 1.
Under this project, ACM looks at investing ultra modern infrastructure in the mining city of Kitwe on the Copperbelt. This project looks to see the development of a 3 star Hotel that will provide both employment to the local citizens before and after the project is complete. The hotel will offer more spacious accommodations that include well appointed rooms and decorated lobbies. The hotel will be convenient to shopping and moderate to high priced attractions. The hotel will feature medium-sized restaurants that will offer service breakfast through dinner. Valet parking, fitness centers and pools will be available.

Artificial Lake
Along side with this, ACM is investing in the tourism sector by adding the development of an Artificial lake to the 3 star hotel. This is a move to try and add the green life that has mostly been affected by the mining activities around the city. The artificial lake will add beauty to the environment and will equally add to nature's Eco-system thus promoting Eco-tourism.
This project has also been categorized to be a social responsibility task as it will benefit many citizens around the city of Kitwe as a recreational and tourist attraction site.

Cinema , Fitness Center , Show rooms and More...
Entertainment has not been left out as the project looks to see the development of a cinema hall in the city. Show rooms for various entities among other modern infrastructures will be established right at the project site.
The cinema will also partner with local Zambian video productions in a bid to support the movie and film industry by showcasing their productions that are approved for public viewing.
Showrooms will be constructed in a bid to provide this facility to many prominent businesses around the city and beyond , thus providing more employment.
